Ten years after the establishment of CV Pusaka Bali Persada, another important step was taken. On September 20, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of the largest renovation project in the history of the Kopi Banyuatis factory.
That first stone was more than just a part of a building. It symbolized how a journey that once began in a modest backyard was now preparing to move forward with a facility better suited for the future. What was once built with limited space and simple resources was now being developed with a clearer vision and greater purpose.
October 1, 2024: Factory Renovation Begins
On October 1, 2024, the largest factory renovation in the company’s history officially began. This milestone was part of the company’s efforts to improve the place where coffee is processed and the heritage of its flavor is preserved.
For a coffee company, a factory is more than just a building. It is where raw materials go through various stages of processing, where daily operations take place, and where product quality must be maintained consistently from one production batch to the next.
Before this major renovation, one of the factory’s raw material storage areas could hold only around 100 tons of green coffee beans — a capacity that was becoming increasingly insufficient to keep up with growing market demand.
This renovation marked CV Pusaka Bali Persada’s readiness to bring Kopi Banyuatis into a new phase of more structured operations, while remaining true to the values passed down by previous generations.
