The journey is far from over. There is no stopping when it comes to adapting to the changing times. Here is a series of innovations that Kopi Banyuatis has prepared for the coming years — proof that strong roots will always have the strength to grow new branches.
Kopi Manik Sari (September 2026)
Manik Sari is made from carefully selected Balinese Robusta coffee beans, traditionally processed to produce quality ground coffee with the distinctive character of Balinese coffee. Kopi Manik Sari is set to replace Bali Tulen, a product scheduled to be discontinued at the end of 2026.
Kopi Banyumuda (January 2027)
Banyumuda is a new brand planned for launch in 2027. Built around the concept of “Banyuatis for the Younger Generation,” the brand targets Gen Z and millennial consumers.
Its offerings will go beyond ground coffee to include a Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverage line and container-style coffee booths at busy locations across Bali.
Kopi Banyuatis Robusta Pupuan (2027)
Banyuatis Pupuan is made from carefully selected coffee beans grown in the tropical highlands of Pupuan, West Bali. Every cup delivers a bold aroma, a full-bodied flavor, and a distinctive touch of bitterness — an authentic coffee experience from the Pupuan highlands.
The product is being prepared in special packaging for the souvenir and export markets.
Kopi Banyuatis Arabica Kintamani (2027)
Banyuatis Arabica is made from carefully selected coffee beans grown in the volcanic soils of Kintamani. Every cup offers a fresh aroma, delicate citrus notes, and a distinctive Balinese character — an authentic coffee experience from the Kintamani highlands.
Like Robusta Pupuan, this product is being prepared in special packaging for the souvenir and export markets.
Nuswara Heritage Coffee Bali (2027)
Nuswara Heritage Coffee Bali is a premium coffee brand showcasing the finest selections from Bali’s heritage coffee farms. Built around the concept of single farm, single product, each coffee comes from one carefully selected farm and is specially processed to preserve its flavor profile, the authenticity of its terroir, and the story passed down through generations.
Closing One Journey, Opening the Next
From a plot of land purchased by a traditional puppeteer in 1928 to plans for the expansion of five brands by 2027, the journey of Kopi Banyuatis demonstrates that a legacy endures not by refusing to change, but by understanding what must never change: its roots.
Four generations of the family — Ketut Sukeradja, Putu Dalang, Ketut Englan, and Gede Pusaka Harsadena — have shown that an inheritance is not simply something to possess. It must be protected, developed, and passed on to the next generation in better condition.
