The journey of Kopi Banyuatis entered its next chapter on June 17, 2014. According to the deed of establishment, CV Pusaka Bali Persada was officially established on this date as a business entity.
The name of the company reflects the way we view our journey. The establishment of CV Pusaka Bali Persada provided a clearer legal structure for a business that had been founded and carried forward across generations. A business may begin within a family, but to move further into the future, it needs to grow into a well-structured company.
This transformation did not erase the story of the past. Instead, it became a continuation of everything that had been built before: a coffee farm passed down through four generations, a production process that had grown from a backyard operation into a factory, consumer trust built over decades, and the Banyuatis name that had received legal protection since 2004.
The establishment of CV Pusaka Bali Persada became an important foundation that allowed Kopi Banyuatis to enter the next chapter of its development — the largest physical renewal in its history, a factory renovation that would begin a decade later.
